A very simple recipe to prepare delicious potatoes! Try it and adopt it!
Roasted potatoes with herbs
Ingredients
- 3 allians potato very firm type
 - 3 vitelotte potato blue-violet type
 - 1 sprig of rosemary
 - 2 sprigs of thyme
 - salt
 - pepper
 - olive oil
 
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes. Brush them under a trickle of water.
 - Cut them in halves.
 - Trim the potatoes with geometrical patterns of your choice, using the tip of a knife: strips, streaks, leaves, etc.
 - Brush the potato halves with olive oil.
 - Sprinkle with thyme and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.
 - Bake for 40 to 45 minutes in the oven at 220°C until the potatoes are tender (press down a knife to check).
