Instructions
Wash the potatoes. Brush them under a trickle of water.
Cut them in halves.
Trim the potatoes with geometrical patterns of your choice, using the tip of a knife: strips, streaks, leaves, etc.
Brush the potato halves with olive oil.
Sprinkle with thyme and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes in the oven at 220°C until the potatoes are tender (press down a knife to check).
