Take a large tupperware or a container you can close and shake.
In the container, add the ingredients in this order: flour, yeast, salt, oil and hot water.
Shake the container several times horizontally and then vertically.
Continue to work the dough a little with your hands at the end to form a ball.
Spread the dough on a baking paper and place it in a pie tin.
Prick the dough with a fork.
Brush the pie base with a thin layer of wild blueberry jam.
Cut the apples into fairly thin slices, and the plums in halves.
Make a first circle with apple slices, then alternate with a circle of plums, until you cover all the pie.
Sprinkle a little almond powder.
Bake the pie at 180°C for 30 to 35 minutes. Check on the cooking time.
Serve plain, or accompanied by a scoop of ice cream or a little whipped cream :)
